The size of the apartment is approximately 45 m2 (terrace included).

The half board (buffet breakfast and dinner) is possible on request, in the restaurant of the tourist village, and costs 21.90 EURO per person and day. The children 02-10 years are allowed 50% price discount. The babies 00-02 years are free of charge.
Further, in the tourist village Villas Rubin there are a supermarket, minimarket, sport center, water sports, tennis courts, beach volley and minigolf, discotheque, restaurants, pastry shops, animation center, bistro, bar, children's playgrounds, souvenir shops, hairdresser and beauty salon.
